CES Provider Audit Update

The AIA/CES office in conjunction with the AIA/CES Records office in Oklahoma continues to monitor and audit CES Providers and their continuing education programs. Administrative Audits - 9
9- Members reporting provider failed to report credit

Program Content - 1
1- Past provider advertising misleading information regarding registered status

Program Deliver Audits - 5
1- Provider non-compliant with required number of learning units
4- Observations during AIA Component Conference

Full Audit Review - 8 (Ongoing)
2- Providers using proprietary information in presentation under full review
4- Providers failing to use Q/A slides along with proprietary information
2- Presenters giving product specific presentations with proprietary information

NOTE: The AIA/CES held the first training program for Providers Auditors at the AIA San Fernando, CA in September.
