If you visited AIA.org recently, you will notice a new look, and smoother navigation. Also, if you tried to find your transcript, you will notice a new look to the sign in area. AIA members sign in with their AIA member numbers. If the number doesn't work it may be an inactive number. If you have questions, please email ces@aia.org.

Please simplify CES transcript recovery. This place is full of blind alleys...a disgrace.

I apologize that you experienced problems accessing the transcript. Just bookmark the Education page at http://www.aia.org/education/index.htm, then you just sign in on the right with your user name and password.

I am not enjoying the new log-in. I administer licensure for many architects in my office and this just makes it more complicated and is frustrating when I'm trying to re-set passwords but not getting emails at my own email address. Surely there are others who do licensure for other individuals and are running into the same inconvenience? There has to be a more streamlined way to do this. Thank you.

In response to member requests for increased security, and in order to streamline the sign in process to be consistent with other areas of the site AIA/CES switched the sign on process. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Still cannot find ANY reference to the transcript log on. Tried a search, tried different places, tried lots of things. Even if it is a different log on, why can't I even find the page to log on??????

If you click on red within the message you will be directed to a different page. The transcript logon has changed since the message was originally written above. Visit http://www.aia.org/education/index.htm, and click on Sign in on the right. Then enter your AIA member number. On the next screen click on View Transcript.

What happened to the once convenient transcript review route? I cannot navigate my way now. It must be there somewhere.

Can't find where the transcripts are. Tried aia.org/education/index, I got a "Page is not found"......Why do you have to make things difficult?!
