Clients also demand a high level of personalized, professional customer service, and want their projects to be THE priority within their chosen architectural firm. More and more, clients also insist on direct involvement with experienced, tenured architects in addition to supporting staff and project managers. This situation is particularly challenging to the interior-focused architect, who often works with a number of clients at the same time to oversee design solutions that are incredibly detailed, yet small in scope.
