2011 AIA/NAC Jason Pettigrew Memorial ARE scholarship recipients announced

The AIA and NAC are pleased to present scholarships to Matthew Murphy, Miranda Mote, Audrey Maxwell, Nicolette Feldser, and Devin Little. AIA recognized the 2011 recipients at the NAC/YAF Emerging Professionals Reception at the National Convention and Design Expo in New Orleans. Read the full press release in AIArchitect.

The scholarship honors the legacy of Jason Pettigrew by recognizing the significant contributions of interns at early stages in their careers and encourages them to complete the licensure process by defraying costs associated with the Architect Registration Examination (ARE).

This year, the jury noted that the record number of applications from impressive candidates made the selection process quite difficult.

More information about the 2011 recipients will be posted to the Jason Pettigrew page. They will also be featured in upcoming issues of AIArchitect.
