The Call for Presentations for the AIA 2012 National Convention is now open. The attached PDF includes the theme statement, instructions for submitting a proposal, terms and conditions of presenting at the AIA 2012 National Convention, and the submission form. You will not be directed to an online site to submit a proposal.
Follow these steps to respond to the Call:
- Open attached document
- Select “Highlight Fields” (top right banner)
- Read the entire document before entering information into the fields
- Review for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and maximum character limits
- Confirm the spelling, professional designations, and AIA membership numbers (N/A if not applicable) of your speakers
- If a field is required, you must enter appropriate information before you can submit
- Avoid placeholders! Incomplete submissions may not be considered.
- Save a copy of the form to your computer so that you may return to make revisions prior to submitting to the AIA.
- Select “Print a Copy for Your Records” to retain for your files.
- Select “Click Here to Submit Proposal to AIA” **You will NOT have an opportunity to return to this submission to make revisions**

I resently presented "Specifying Vegetative Roofing - Beyond the Basics" at Construct 2011 in Chicago. Is there still an opportunity to present this in DC next May?
